I am writing to complain about my trip on 21 June 2026 from Jalna to Pune. The condition of the bus was terrible and completely unacceptable. The seats were broken and dirty. The windows were damaged and rattling. The entire bus was poorly maintained. It was a highly uncomfortable and unsafe journey. Because of this poor service, I request a refund. Please look into this immediately.
