curtain was not available the bus seat was hot ac was ok but the behaviour of the staff was great, the timing of the bus was changed without prior notice

Very bad experience with this travel. Bus is not coming at my boarding point. I travel 45 km to pickup bus. Staff asked me to come to other boarding point; it is 45 km distance from my selected boarding point.

As per our booking, we reached at 5:30 am on 27/06/26 but we reached Indore at 7:45, which was too late. Please upgrade the time to reach as declared time.

Bus never came at my pickup point. Operator and driver didn't picked up my calls. I was standing at the pickup point for atleast 2 hour. This is very much unacceptable. How you're going to compensate for the loss of my money, time and trust?
