I would like to complain about the sleeper bus service I recently traveled on. The bus was very dirty, poorly maintained, and appeared to be very old. The sleeper berths provided for sleeping were not clean and were uncomfortable. The overall condition of the bus did not match the quality that passengers expect. It seemed that proper maintenance had not been carried out. I request you to look into this matter and improve the cleanliness and maintenance of your buses for future passengers.

This type of travel don't book because they will pick up after 2 to 3 hours late as well as not cleanliness as well as they will not get reached to point they had given they reached to another point service less and very bad condition of travel and many other problems faced so don't book this type of service less travel

The seat was broken and charger socket was not working. Very very bad experience in travel journey and delay of 2 hours from departure.

The bus is totally dirty and the driving skills are very rash and bus is making sounds and the bus maintenance is not proper,so much dust in the bus, drivers are not professional and the bus operators will pick call and resolve ur queries.
