Curtains were very dirty. There was dust everywhere, even on the window panel. No charging points were working. The only good thing was staff behaviour.

This was the worst nightmare experience of whole life. The water due to rain was leaking through the window. The seat below and everything was wet. I got cold and fever due to that. I was not able to sleep at all and was just sitting in a corner. The AC was not working and stopped after one hour. Everybody was vomiting and suffocating the whole time. We did not have any other option on top of that. The staff behaviour was extremely rude and annoying. They were misbehaving with me and everybody. Never ever travel with this bus.

Washroom feature is best and staff is allowed to use it for all. Some only allow ladies. So continue on this.

Need to be more professional in handling passenger requests to halt for a few more mins in case the passenger was stuck in traffic after coming from a long distance to the pick-up point and ignoring multiple requests from the passenger himself. Also didn't halt for breakfast in the early morning for freshening up and toilet, which was very inconvenient for us. Disappointed and not at all satisfied.
