My travel experience was very smooth. The bus arrived ahead of time, and the staff was professional and excellent. The AC was very chilled and the seat comfort was perfect. However, no blankets were provided; given the cold AC, having blankets would have been much warmer and nicer for the journey.

Amenities not in good condition, curtains were not good. The bus attendant directly opened the curtains without asking or calling me, which is very fearful.
