Extremely disappointed with the service. I was charged extra money, yet my confirmed seat was given to someone else, and I was forced into a different seat. This is unethical and unacceptable. I expect a refund for the price difference and an explanation from the operator."

No AC and any fan facility available. Also, charging board not available on seat. Very dusty No cleaning. They did not give charging slot.

They don't even deserve one star. I had my boarding ticket. Suddenly, they sent me a WhatsApp message just 30 minutes before my boarding that my ticket was cancelled, but in Redbus it wasn't.
