The journey was really good. They took from Bangalore at exact time and reached destination at exact time very punctual. The ride was very smooth but the only thing I didn't like is the bus was very dirty, not cleaned or maintained.

The driver was driving recklessly over speed breakers and at one point passengers were thrown 1ft above their seats. Also the bus had very poor suspension maintained due to which the passengers were repeatedly tossed up and down during the journey causing poor sleep comfort for passengers.

I had a very disappointing experience on the Sam bus from Iritty to Bangalore. The bus had a tire puncture during the journey which caused a long delay. While the driver was not arrogant, the staff were not picking up calls when we tried to get updates. What was worse is that no alternative arrangements were made for passengers despite the delay. Overall, the handling of the situation was poor and I expect better coordination and support from your team

Still not reached, stuck midway because of tyre puncture (3 times).
