I've travelled a lot of times using Red Bus, but this bus Sapna Travels is the worst experience I've ever had. Worst service. I've called the bus operator literally like 50 times, but they didn't receive any of them. Worst experience I've ever had. Never selecting this bus again in my life.

The travel experience was absolutely excellent and pleasant. The entire planning was wonderful, the vehicle arrived right on time, and the driver was highly experienced and polite. The journey was incredibly safe and comfortable. Sincere thanks for your top-notch service.

Horrible experience! AC was purposely kept at a higher temperature! When requested, driver and helper were rude! Contacted Red Bus customer care but even they could not resolve as bus operator was not picking up calls. Traveled in an AC bus for 12 hours, paid for AC services but kept the window open for air passage and cooling. Please avoid Sapna Travels. Service and comfort are very poor.

Bus starting point delay. AC is it working. Bus driver behaviour is not good.
