I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. My boarding point was Silk Board at 8:38 PM, but the bus arrived only at 9:05 PM without any prior update. There was no live tracking option, which made the wait even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the driver did not stop at the designated Silk Board boarding point. Instead, the bus stopped nearly 600 meters away. After I called the driver, he admitted that he had forgotten the stop, forcing me to walk 600 meters with my luggage to board the bus. Additionally, the sleeper bus did not even have a pillow, which made the journey uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to the delay, lack of tracking, missed boarding point, and inadequate amenities. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service to prevent such inconvenience for other passengers.

Irresponsible driver, I did not receive tracking message. When I called the operator, he behaved rudely. I did not receive tracking message, which is why the bus was missed. After that, I chased the bus and caught it. Irresponsible management.

No bus details provided, no call from bus side to confirm. I was very confused, but the guys did help me out. Secondly, the bus felt uncomfortable as it had no pillow, so do carry one if you plan to travel.

Very bad service rash driving overspeed not clean bus putting overload passenger. Bed was not clean and pillow and bedsheet not providing. First keep bus for mechanic work and make some work of bus after that go to road otherwise bus and driver will kill passenger very bad experience.

No pillows, no bedsheets. Curtains are not good. Only we can travel for less money.
