Bus was 1 hour late at the pickup point and 2 hours late at the dropping point. Privacy and feel of safety were lacking. There was no CCTV, no Wi-Fi, no water bottle, no clean blanket, no additional pillow, no stoppage, and no hygiene. Pathetic experience.

Bus was too late at pickup as well as dropping point, and the bus washroom was not cleared. Overall the bus service was very bad as compared to others

1. The bus did not come to the mentioned boarding point. 2. It was a different one (out of the last four digits of the registration plate, only the first two numbers matched with the provided bus details). 3. Because of point no. 2, they intentionally turned off the GPS location as it was a different bus altogether. 4. The rest point's name was also different and they had to cross the road to reach it (it was on the opposite lane). 5. Water bottles were distributed after moving from the rest point. So, for the first three hours, most people were thirsty as they had boarded the bus without water, assuming it would be provided after boarding. 6. They stopped the bus whenever they wanted, as per their needs. The washroom was locked most of the time, stating it was not working, and we were asked to wait for the rest point. 7. The drop point was in front of Anand Vihar ISBT. They did drive in front of it but did not stop, and after taking a u-turn, they stopped after a petrol pump near EDM mall. You can imagine how challenging it would have been for a tired pilgrim (older lady).

Bus was late by 1 hour 10 minutes at pick-up point. I selected this bus service as my previously booked bus was late by approximately 2 hours. This bus was scheduled at 4:30 am. After booking the ticket, when I contacted the driver, he said that he would reach the pick-up location by 5 am. This continuously got delayed, and finally, the bus reached by 5:40 am. There was no benefit in terms of time by booking this service. Also, the bus was late at the drop location significantly; it reached by 1:30 pm. Not a good experience with respect to journey time and associated delay. Also, hygiene in the bus could be better. It was stinking while entering.

Not on time. My first experience with the service is worst. The bus got late by 6 hours. Its first pick was at 11:55 pm but it reached Delhi at 7 am. I had to take another which cost me too high.

Nothing was batter.
