We booked sleeper ticket with ticket number XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and one sl7 but the bus ended up non sleeper with all seats full and we were the ones adjusting in the back seat and elsewhere. We had a patient with us, that's why we booked sleeper and we booked earlier, so why would we face so many problems later. Worst bus service ever.
