Very dirty bus. AC also not cool and inside there was dust on the seat. Totally dirty bus.

Totally not worth the price they're asking. Bus came late and dropping time is very, very late. Took more than 11 hrs to reach destination. Seat is not clean, it's smelly, and AC gets turned off every now and then. Very frustrated...

Bus smells very bad, not clean. The toilet is pathetic with no water at all and not flushing. Hygiene is at risk. The whole journey was a nightmare.

Horrible experience traveling in this bus, the bus was late by 1 hour, the blankets provided in bus stink, AC vents are completely broken not able to close or open, there was no luggage room, they kept at the back of the bus, and all my bags are greasy black. As the AC vents were broken it was cold, and the blankets were stinking, it was really a hard time to finish the journey.

Very disappointing experience. The bus arrived 45 minutes late and reached the destination 2.5 hours behind schedule. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Cleanliness inside the bus was poor and not maintained properly. Overall, the service was unreliable and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
