The bus was late by 02 hrs at the time of boarding and no communication was done done by bus operator about reasons for delay. Hope , this will not happen again.

Charging point was not working, linen was too dirty, no blankets, rest stop was a roadside dhaba, too dirty, no good food. Worst bus.

Very disappointed with this journey. The charging point was not working, the seat was uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the bus was poor. This is not the quality of service I expected. Kindly look into this issue and take appropriate action.
