Charging points are not working. The driver is stopping the bus for local passengers, which is why the bus reached the destination with a three-hour delay. Also, there are no pillows on the seats.

This was easily one of the worst bus journeys I’ve ever had, and I will never travel with this operator again. To start with, the bus arrived late and wasn’t even at the designated pickup point. Instead, it was parked around 500 meters away from the landmark shown on the map, forcing passengers to search for it. The bus itself was extremely old and poorly maintained. At one point, one of the interior lights literally fell off. There was no comfort whatsoever. To make things worse, the driver took a completely different route than expected, and there was no live tracking available throughout the journey. The worst part was when the driver stopped the bus at a random spot on the highway and disappeared for around 30 minutes without any explanation. The scheduled arrival time was 4:30 am, but the bus didn’t reach until 6:20 am. Because of this delay, many passengers, including me, missed or nearly missed our onward journeys. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this operator.

I had a very disappointing experience while travelling on this bus. The bus was delayed by almost 4 hours, causing significant inconvenience. There was no charging facility available throughout the journey. Passengers' luggage was kept in the bus passage, making movement difficult and unsafe. The cleanliness of the bus was extremely poor, and basic amenities were missing. The toilet had no water, making it unusable during the journey. Overall, the service was far below expectations. I request you to take this feedback seriously and improve your services to ensure a comfortable and safe travel experience for passengers.

From outside the bus looked good but from inside the cleanliness was not good. Lights were not proper and the mattress was also hard.
