Very very poor staff he is not pick call and answer any questions very very poor I call to number of driver, he is busy and 4call he take and say iam in haridwar in 6.30 you book any other bus. i cannot wait 1 minutes. he is laying My money and My time both are lose. he is not take me and My family. plz return my money in any how

Not proper space at departure point, blankets are having bad odour, not washed. Dropping point mentioned is Geeta Bhavan Indore while bus driver denied to drop at that point, only drop at Pipliyahana.

charging for bags even carrying 2 bags is free and there is no cleanliness and water is not available in washroom and curtains were broken

The washroom was very very dirty. Not usable at all. Not cleaned. Also, the bus was very late, almost 2 hours.
