They have only one driver in the bus and no other helping staff. Bus has already started late and I still reached Burhanpur at 6.20. No mobile charging points are active and the driver is the only person who is managing and replying to the passengers. Pathetic services.

Dear Team, AC was not working properly all night. Many times I complained but no one listened, and it felt very hot throughout the night. Due to the discomfort, I was unable to sleep, and in the morning I had a severe headache. Additionally, the seat was not comfortable. Considering the inconvenience caused, I kindly request you to please refund some amount. Thank you.c
