This travel service is third class, ridiculous. I had an extremely bad experience with this. Mainly, I want to mention here that the driver fell asleep for 1 hour from 2:30 to 3:30 pm even though we wanted to reach on time due to an emergency at my home. We reached home at 10:30 am instead of 8:30 as promised. The driver argued with a passenger when asked why he was sleeping. Such behaviour is not expected at all. Such shameful conduct. I will not prefer this travel service in the future at all. Goodbye.

Conductor was very rude. If we are new and we don't know the proper location of pickup, please do not book this bus. Conductor just called and shouted at us.
