Bus timing was 6:30 but it started by 8:00 pm. Seats are not comfortable. AC is not working. They charge for AC but in the end you need to open the window.

There was no restroom hygiene because they did not rest at a rest stop, just left us to openly defecate into a hospital building. Very bad experience. Also, the behaviour of the staff was rude. Should definitely improve on these. The condition of the bus is good.

Bus stop is not good. Toilet facilities for women are not available and for men only one toilet is available. At least provide one bottle of water and one blanket.
