Worst bus driver is not proper

For my height (5.4) I could not sit properly because of the seat height. I should always sleep only in my seat. Staff, punctuality and driving are good. I feel seat and sleep comfort take more priority.

We started from Bangalore on time. But we reached three hours late due to the bus engine getting heated in the middle. Staff behaviour is very good and polite, so I am giving four stars. Please repair and make sure it will reach on time. Thank you.

It's a worst experience. In the middle of the journey, they stopped the bus. We waited 2 hrs for another bus. We wanted to go at 6 am, now we are going at 9 or 10 am, which was delayed 3 or 4 hrs, causing us to miss our scheduled time and commitments. Who is responsible for that? Management is not good. I didn't like this bus journey. My works are also delayed because of this bus.
