Seat is not comfortable and cleaning is not proper. Blanket and pillow are also not provided.

The seating was quite uncomfortable, and I found the staff's behavior rather disappointing. Furthermore, the air conditioning remained inadequate for the entire duration of the trip.

Bus was making noises all night, AC is not working in this hot weather. Also, driver didn't take any requests to drop at exact location. As bus was late, he may drop 1 km here and there. Bus was not clean too.

1. Not timing in the bus station also destination place rise 30 minutes late due to one more leave taken in office. 2. Air conditioners (cooling) are not properly working. 3. Bus capacity (same passengers are slipping on the corridor) overloaded passenger.
