Very late pickup from my location and very late drop.

The worst punctuality it has. During boarding it was late 1 hour, and during dropping it's late 5 hours. Such horrible things. Also, very very slow speed of the bus; even the bicycle can run faster than this. Very worst. Never book this bus. Rest stop hygiene also worst. 3rd class.

The bus was scheduled to arrive/depart at [9:10 pm], but it was delayed almost more than 2 hrs without proper information being provided to passengers. Live tracking is also not available in entire journey

Not provided any blanket or water bottle. I booked everything but wifi was also not provided. It was a waste experience, first time in this bus. The bus was full with passengers overcrowding outside the cabin.

Staff and driver was very uncooperative and zero helpful. No rest stop and inside washroom also fully smelly. Ensure no one takes this bus.
