There is a System of Calling Passanger Before Reaching to Boarding point of Bus for Proper Information, No Call For Proper Boarding Point, At Register Boarding Point No Proper System of Taking Passangers into the bus, Bus Reach to Dropping point late then the Schedule time.

Bus engine not working properly so bus operator shifted my booking to another bus. I booked a single seat but they can't provide me a single seat in the shifted bus, so I am very disappointed.
