Too many ad hoc stops and many non-booked passengers onboarded by the conductor and driver. This led to a 2 hour delay.

Though traffic was less in Bangalore city yesterday, the bus guy came to my pickup point after 12am (actual pickup time is 11:15pm).

The driver drove very fast, rash, swerving the bus right and left and going over speed breakers. We couldn't sleep the whole night. He reached us at Bangalore one hour earlier itself at 4 a.m. The helper started waking up people loudly by 3:30, shouting out station names. The bus bed cover was also wet as if a fresh sheet was put on before it dried.

Very poor service. He dropped me 5 km far away from my dropping point. No one responded properly when we called back. Driver was also very rash with passengers. However, the issue was resolved from Red Bus end, but I'm very disappointed with this bus service. In future, I will never prefer your bus service.
