Ac was not working. Rest area had no water bottle and other facilities. Rest area outside had bad service.

I had booked a seat from Palanpur but it was unofficially allotted to somebody else, so they made me sleep on the temporary berth of the cleaner behind the driver for two hours. I could not sleep due to the blaring music and the vehicle's horns. Later, they allowed me to sleep inside but on the upper berth, whereas I had specifically booked a lower berth since I find it difficult to climb on the upper berth due to a back pain condition.

Firstly, blanket is not available during the journey and while asking for it, staff say to adjust. Then I booked a sleeper so that I can rest in my journey, but the driver played songs at full volume throughout the journey, which was very uncomfortable. Lastly, they declined to go to the last stop for which I booked; they dropped all the passengers at Memco instead of Shahibaugh, and the staff behavior was so rude.
