The trip was terrible for me. I would not expect such an experience in the future with anyone. The bus was delayed by 35 minutes, and as informed, I missed my further flight, for which I paid extra just for assured service.

I would like to report a serious safety concern. The driver was observed dozing/sleeping while driving the vehicle. This creates a significant risk to passengers and other road users. Kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure passenger safety. Thank you.

Yesterday the Nanded to kolhapur bus made us change to another bus midway with no prior notice. This caused a lot of inconvenience. Please inform passengers in advance next time.
