The conductor had allowed local passengers to board from Naroda. Along the way, someone else was made to sit on my seat, and my blanket was used without my permission. I felt very bad about it.

My bus broke down in the middle of the journey, but staff repaired it for travellers and dropped us at the destination, which is good. Otherwise, they could have stopped and refunded, but responsibly they understood the situation and dropped us. Yes, the bus was late, but responsibility is more important. I am thankful to the bus staff.

Everything else was good; the only issue was with the timing, as the departure and arrival times were not fixed. However, the seat comfort was good.

Sleeper side was broken, one of the sliders was missing, everyone could see inside out and the AC was not cooling because of that. Pathetic condition. Also, when confronted, they said nothing and kept on adding passengers as if it was a passenger bus, getting delayed by 1.30 hours. Terrible bus, instead book the state transport bus.
