we are not satisfied about this bus, pickup was too late the pickup timing is at 10.30pm but they picked up at 1.30am,they give false updates also like They kept telling us the bus was only 8 km away, but it arrived more than 2 hours late. Very disappointing

The bus broke down in the middle, and we had to board another bus.

The experience was very poor from start to finish. The bus pickup was delayed by several hours without proper communication. Driver calls were unanswered. The booked operator and actual bus were different, which caused confusion. After boarding, the bus stopped due to a technical issue.
