Rest stop was pretty much unhygeinic. And bus reached Wakad at 8 , driver took a lot of unnecessary stops and wasted time , even though bus was full.

Travels is too late and most of the passengers in travels are drunk. Staff are good.

I had booked an AC seat ticket through your platform. However, I faced multiple issues during my journey: the bus driver changed the dropping point without prior information. Due to this, I had to stand and travel in another bus. I had booked an AC seat, but AC was not functioning properly (only blower was working). This experience was highly uncomfortable and not as per the service promised at the time of booking.

Last moment change the bus and bus is 2.5 hour late for boarding and also she reached the destination but three hours late.
