The journey was extremely uncomfortable due to severe overcrowding. The bus was heavily congested, with passengers occupying every available space. A large amount of luggage was kept in the aisle between the seats, making it difficult to move around. Additionally, many passengers were sleeping on the floor, completely blocking the passage. In the event of an emergency, it would have been nearly impossible for passengers to evacuate safely. It also appeared that the operator had booked more passengers than the available seating capacity, resulting in several passengers having no proper seats. This is a serious safety concern and should be addressed immediately to prevent such incidents in the future.

Hi backside seat area needs to have space. It is very suffocative. AC should be on at least half an hour before departure. Unserved persons were also allowed to sit during traveling. This should not be done. Driver was good but conductor behavior was very rude. Need to improve.
