Number of passengers played songs loudly from midnight 12 to 2 am. Disturbed others. Another person spoke loudly on the phone for approximately 2 hours. No one told him to stop. The bus driver also did not speak to him. Very bad experience yesterday.

During the journey, a passenger was talking loudly on the phone and using abusive language for nearly 3 hours. This caused significant disturbance and prevented me from sleeping. Despite the inconvenience caused to other passengers, the behavior continued. I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure a comfortable and peaceful travel environment."

Did not get a comfortable seat for sleep, also water bottle and bedsheets were not provided. My experience was very bad this time, so there is little chance to ride next time. Thanks

Teach your cleaner to speak properly first. He does not have the common sense to speak to customers. It is very rude to speak like that. Such a person is ruining your travel business's reputation. If someone else is two minutes late, he just sits there chatting pointlessly and spends a lot of time filling the cabin.
