Worst experience. The bus arrived 1.5 hours late at my pickup point. The suspension was very poor, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. The window curtains were dirty and had a bad smell, which made the travel experience even worse. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service.

One of the persons was rude. Live tracking was not there for the bus and no one called to inform the bus location, and they expected people to wait at the stop on time while the bus was delayed for more than 40 mins. Worst experience I had in recent times.
