The bus was leaking rainwater from the window, even though all windows were sealed. The AC was not fully working. Otherwise, the staff was good and professional.

Overall travel experience was good. The staff was polite and supportive, and amenities like water bottle, bed, and hotel arrangements were satisfactory. However, there are a few areas that need improvement: 1) The travel had frequent stops in between, usually for 5–10 minutes, which increased the overall travel time. 2) The vehicle was also delayed by around 30–40 minutes from the scheduled time. Please focus on improving punctuality and reducing unnecessary stops to make the travel experience smoother and more efficient. Thank you
