seat was not clean. raining water inserting in the bus and seat getting wet. finally I'm not happy with this bus agency

It was not right that the travels did not stop for a meal break due to the delay, and the passengers were not even informed about it. Regardless of whose fault caused the delay, failing to stop for a meal was inappropriate. I had to complete the entire overnight journey without eating anything.

Driver is very slow driving. It is late to come to Mumbai, and there is no GPS tracking in the bus. A lot of travel was wasted.

The AC was not working properly. The drop time was 6:30. I reached at Warje at 9am.

Very poor travel experience. The behavior of the driver and staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the journey. They also tried to charge extra money in the name of luggage without any valid reason. In addition, the staff appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, which raised serious concerns about passenger safety. The most serious issue was that the bus left my father behind at a washroom stop even after he had informed the driver and kinner. The vehicle moved ahead without ensuring that all passengers had boarded. My family and I faced significant inconvenience, stress, and difficulty during the entire trip. This was one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. Passenger safety, staff behavior, and customer service were completely neglected. I request the management to investigate this matter and take strict action against the responsible staff members.
