The onboard crew members were very polite and supportive; however, the live tracking was not showing the bus' exact location, and the AC was not cooling during the afternoon, while it got very cold at night. Need to maintain the temperature. Also, the rest stops were not hygienic, especially the operator needs to reconsider stopping at Hotel Shri Manisha, which usually overcharges for all the items.

Bus is full of luggage and parcels. There was no space to keep feet in the bus. The seat was not comfortable at all. Very bad experience. Don't travel with this bus.

Worst bus, A/C not working, charging plug not working. Bus condition was too bad, it was very dirty. I recommend please remove this from RedBus. People will suffer a lot after seating. Very bad bus.

THEY LEFT WITHOUT PICKING US, DURING TEA STOP... VERY TERRIBLE.... THEY WERE TAKING UNKNOWN PASSENGER WITHOUT BOOKING, N THEY WERE LYING ON THE FLOOR.... NO ONE WAS FEELING SAFE

Pick up point given online didn't pick up that point, we moved to another place to pick up the bus, before destination change bus.
