This bus is good but the people or management is not good at all. I recently travelled from Ujjain to Gwalior. Unfortunately, I got the last seat where I felt the operator turned off the AC at midnight when people were sleeping. I reached the conductor; he said the AC automatically cuts off, although the auto cut temperature management is based on that. I felt too hot and had an uncomfortable journey. Also, the interior was not completely clean.

This bus is not punctual. It picked me up two and a half hours late and dropped me off at my destination one hour late. Many other passengers in the bus gallery were playing YouTube and other obscene music throughout the journey. Many passengers were travelling sitting on the same seat. The bus driver was driving the bus like a truck or tractor, which made the passengers feel uncomfortable throughout the journey. We kept bouncing on the seats throughout the journey.
