This was one of the worst journey experiences. There was no proper cleaning, no bedsheets were provided, and the beds were covered in dust. Kindly look into this issue.

Although my boarding point is Thalaivasal, I am being charged the fare applicable to Salem, which makes the ticket price considerably higher. I am a regular customer and would appreciate it if you could review this fare difference. Kindly let me know whether the ticket fare can be reduced or adjusted based on the actual boarding point. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
