In the ride, per person two parcels were allowed to take in the bus, but the staff denied putting the parcel in the bus boot and behaved very badly with a lady passenger. Due to this, we experienced inconvenience and took the parcel with us on the seats.

I have yet not reached the destination. How come the status is showing as trip completed? The bus came at 10 pm which was supposed to be at 8:50. It is filthy dirty. Spider webs and chip packets were not cleaned after the previous traveller. The bus is very slow due to a malfunction in the gear, informed by the driver. I missed my train I had to take from Agra.

Awesome trip from Mathura to Indore. The bus was comfortable and maintained good hygiene. The bus staff were polite and helped us choose a drop point near our destination. We reached on time with no delay. They stopped many times and gave sufficient time to get dinner and use toilets. Thanks to the staff.

We chose Ujjain as drop location but they shifted us to another non AC seater local bus about 100 km before Ujjain

It seems like I was traveling in a local bus, people were sitting and sleeping in the bus lobby, I was not able to sleep in my cabin properly, people were smoking, it's such a terrible journey experience.
