Luggage was moved from one place to another. Passenger's belongings were damaged. When asked, the conductor did not speak properly, and the office also did not respond appropriately.

They mentioned they'll drop us at 9 but they dropped us at 11:20 in the morning in Agra because they stopped the bus somewhere to unload material which was not a part of any passenger.
