bus operator is a fraud, unable to board the bus as bus not found at pickup point, sky metro travels is a scam, I lost 2000 rupees on booking, even when trying to contact operator they are not responding, no live tracking, no contact. totally a scam operator

I was not boarded in bus due to bus delayed by 2 hours. After 12 pm, there is a safety issue on highway.

Your service and staff are very, very poor and of bad quality. Not to speak in the manner of the traveller. Not proper response. Timing and address are very bad.

I didn't get my seat, and your online booking system was worst because the seat was booked by a different person for the same seat. It is not safe for female solo traveller.
