the estimated dropping time was 7 am I reached at 8.20 am. so much delay because the ahad loaded some gold in bus and they literally stopped the bus thrice which stood without moving for more than half n hour.. i was so frustrated.. they also stopped the bus to unload the goods.... in this case.. it would have been informed to us before hand... i wouldn't have booked such a bus

The bus is in worst condition. They should ban these kinds of buses. It was dirty to a point that anyone would hesitate to travel. Worst driver, ride was bumpy on a national highway. Their buses are in pathetic condition.

we usually travel by SM Travel, this time my parents suffered a lot due to unnecessary multiple stops, specially 20 min waiting in hubli, and disel refilling, so instead of reaching to drop point at 7am they reached at 8am. Totally it was 12 hrs. It was very unprofessional.
