1) Bus arrival delayed by 1.30 hrs. 2) The basic amenities like AC is not there in the bus, it's just a normal sleeper with a fan provided for a seat. 3) Bus also got broken down in the mid way, staff won't arrange new bus or anything. better avoid this bus.

Worst experience ever have this in my life. AC has not worked properly. Bus pickup is 1.40 hours late. Drop is almost 3 hours late. I asked a question with the operator but they did not answer properly. I will never book this bus again.

Starting delayed. Rest stop delayed. Drop time is 5:00 am, now it's 8:28. I'm still in the bus. Charging port turned off.

The AC was not working. If it is not working, they should not charge for AC. Then, for repairing, they stopped for more than 2 hours even though the issue was not solved. Totally disappointed.
