Disgusting bus. Mr Tapan didn't stop at our pickup location. Very unprofessional. Rest stop was very unhygienic. The seating arrangement was horrible; 2 seater is not for two adults. Disgusting experience.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was scheduled to depart at 6:10 AM but left around 6:38 AM. There was no prior communication the previous day that the original bus had broken down. We were informed only at the last moment and shifted to a completely different bus. The replacement bus was of much lower quality and did not match the one that was booked. The bus was also not moving at a reasonable speed. The expected arrival time was 11:20 AM, but we reached only at 1:50 PM, more than 2.5 hours late. The lack of communication, last-minute bus replacement with an inferior vehicle, and the excessive delay made this a very poor travel experience. I would not recommend this operator.

More passengers were seated in the bus than there were seats available. Bus stopped at more places without reason, and extra passengers stood within the bus.

If I could give a minus rating, I would have loved that. First of all, I booked the bus, then why was I given a “city service” bus? Why? I didn’t pay for that. Fraud. Second of all, the bus was smelly, curtains were smelly and dirty. Pathetic experience. The seats were wet, I don’t know of what. It’s a big no from me.
