Arrived late for traffic but drive was really slow, reached destination pretty late at 8:30am & inside people were smoking instead of repeated complaints didn't stop.

Very disappointing journey. The AC was broken and cold air kept blowing directly the whole time. The bus was already very late, and even the footrest/luggage basket was damaged. Expected a much better experience.
