Worst travel experience ever. The bus was delayed by more than 2 hours and the pickup location was changed 3 times without proper information. Instead of arranging pickup, the staff told us to come to their new location by ourselves, which was extremely inconvenient. After struggling for hours and reaching another point almost halfway through the journey, we finally boarded the bus. The bus condition was terrible — very dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was promised during booking. On top of that, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional throughout the trip. Completely disappointed with this service. Wasted our time, energy, and money. I would never recommend this bus operator to anyone.

Bus has not proper management and runs on bio diesel which is banned by govt. Hygiene problem, cleaning of bus is not proper.
