The bus was not on time and arrived around 30 minutes late. The pick-up location was also not very convenient. However, the overall service of the bus was good, and the journey was comfortable. The only downside was that some co-passengers were not well-behaved. Overall, it was an average experience, but the punctuality and pick-up arrangements could be improved.

Total unprofessional bus service. The bus got cancelled half an hour before the boarding time, and also no refund was initiated from their side.

Bus was changed but that's ok. Bus itself was Good but, it was traveling like a local bus. Stopping So many stoppage and taking local passenger. Time management was very poor. Reached the destination almost 1 hr late. A Junior crew was behaving very roughly. He do not have a sense how to respect elders. Please change this type of bus operator.

They merged 3 bus bookings into one bus. I booked a 2-seater in this bus which departure time was scheduled at 7:40 AM. But they cancelled that bus over a phone call and changed the timing to 8:20. Then they said no 2-seater available, we have to sit in a 3-seater otherwise they will cancel. After long waiting, they said bus will depart at 8:30 and they are merging next bus's bookings so we have to wait.
