My designated boarding point was at pillar number 1063. Because of traffic congestion, I waited nearby and boarded the bus at pillar number 1060 when it arrived. Despite this, the staff argued with me unnecessarily. I kindly request that such situations be handled more politely, especially when changes occur due to traffic conditions. Their behaviour is very rude with other passengers as well.

Beside passenger was so rude and she is the worst passenger in my journey because when rain comes I used to close the window but she shouts and uses many bad words. totally worst experience with that person
