We had booked four tickets to Asansol from Durgapur, seat no. 15, 16, 19 and 20. Even after prior booking our seats, the conductor and manager promised other passengers seats to Dhanbad. Staff behavior was extremely rude and uncooperative. I would not recommend any customers to avail this bus Sri Balaji Travels, bus no. 7540.
