I traveled on 19th of Feb from Guntur to Vijayanagaram. When I saw the bus, I was shocked. The bus was old and the seats were so dusty and ugly. The bus was packed with mosquitoes. I was really surprised how the service was given such a high rating. I really appreciate the staff behaviour on the bus. I am really thankful to them.
