Drop time 6:00am but around 7:30am reached Vilathikulam late. I think speed should have been increased but they drove at the same speed. So 1 star.

I travelled today on bus no XXXX with my 1.9-year-old baby. He had travel sickness and vomited several times during the journey. The staff member was very kind and comforting, telling me not to worry and offering support. I had also forgotten my baby's feeding bottle, and the driver kindly stopped near a medical shop so I could buy one. Their kindness and helpful attitude made a difficult journey much easier. Thank you to the driver and staff for the excellent service.
