Bus was supposed to reach boarding point (Birur) at 11:45 PM; it reached at 1:45 AM. No pre-communication or live tracking for the bus.

Driver driving was very rude. Even after saying not to drive rashly, after a few minutes he continued the same thing. In curves also, he was very fast and was overtaking other big lorries and buses. It was very scary to sleep in the bus. Why do we book a sleeper bus to sleep, right? But in this bus, we couldn’t sleep or sit as he was driving that rashly.
